Tony’s Favorite Recipes

You spend anywhere from 4 to 8 hours per week exercising but diet is 24/7! It is no secret that getting the physique you want requires a highly specialized diet, high in protein, low in calories, with a balanced amount of healthy fats, too. But it is also well-known that bodybuilding (especially “cutting”) diets are incredibly booooring. So don’t just live on tasteless chicken breasts and rice . . . find some good recipes that provide for your nutritional requirements and also make meals tasty and enjoyable and you will have a much greater chance of success.
